Your whole team

How it works

From a forwarded inbox to a resolved ticket

Four steps, and the first two take an afternoon.

  1. 1

    Set up for your business

Sign in with CosmoOps and say what kind of business you run. Support suggests ticket types, teams and SLA targets to start from - you see them before anything is created, and can change all of it later.

  2. 2

    Forward your support address

Point support@ at Support. Every new email becomes a ticket, and the customer's replies land on the same one.

  3. 3

    Work one queue

Each ticket has an owner, a priority and a due time. Internal notes, @mentions and saved replies keep the team in step; assignment rules and automations do the routing on Growth.

  4. 4

    Resolve and learn

Customers rate a resolved ticket, follow theirs on the portal and find answers in your knowledge base - and the reports show response times and SLA attainment.

Questions

Before you sign up

  • Do I need a CosmoOps account?

Yes - that is the whole sign-up. Support has no accounts of its own: your workspace, the people in it and what each of them may do are the ones you hold in CosmoOps Connect. If you already use another CosmoOps app, you are one press from being inside.

  • Do my customers need an account?

No. Customers write to your support address as they do today, and their replies land on the same ticket. On the customer portal they sign in with a one-time code sent to their email - there is no password to create.

  • How does email get into Support?

Each email channel gives you a Support address. Set your existing mailbox (Gmail, Outlook or any provider that can forward) to forward to it, and every new message becomes a ticket. Setup walks you through it per provider.

  • What does “no per-agent fees” mean?

Agent seats come with the plan instead of being billed per head: Free 3 agents, Growth 15 agents, Scale unlimited agents. Adding a teammate within your plan's seats does not change your bill.

  • Where do I pay, and do I get a GST invoice?

In CosmoOps Connect, which holds the card, the subscription and the GST invoice for every CosmoOps app you use. Prices are in rupees and exclusive of GST. The Free plan needs no card.

  • Can I bring tickets over from another helpdesk?

Not yet - importing ticket history is on the list as coming later. Today you start fresh: forward your address in and new conversations arrive as tickets from that point on.
